Three ways, depending on what you want gone. The first two need nothing from us.
There is no account to delete. Plusses has no sign-up, no username and no password, so there is no profile sitting on a server with your name on it. What follows covers the data itself.
Open Plusses, go to Settings, and tap DELETE EVERYTHING. That removes every player, every game and every setting from the device immediately. It cannot be undone and we hold no copy to restore from.
Uninstalling the app does the same thing.
If you never created or joined a team, nothing of yours has ever left your phone and there is nothing else to delete.
If you did, the encrypted updates we pass between your team’s phones expire automatically after 14 days. Stop syncing and the shared copy disappears on its own within a fortnight, without you doing anything.
To have a team’s shared data removed immediately, use the button below. It opens your email app with the details already filled in — you only need to add your team code, which you can find on the TEAM screen in the app.
Or write to help@plusses.app yourself. We will delete it and confirm, usually within a couple of days and always within 30. You do not need an account to ask, because you do not have one.
We cannot reach data held on other people’s phones. If three parents in a team each hold a copy of the season, removing the shared copy does not remove theirs — each of them controls their own device, the same way you control yours.
We also cannot read any of it. It is encrypted on the phone before it reaches us, so a deletion request removes a block of data we were never able to open.
